Incorrect Items Ordered by Buyer

If you decide to return goods that have been correctly supplied by the Supplier but were incorrectly ordered by the Buyer, these goods must be returned to us within 14 days at the Buyer’s cost, with an explanation for the return.

To be eligible for a return, the goods must be unused and in the same original condition and in the original packaging cartons that you received it. A Goods Returns Form is required to be completed and enclosed with any items returned. A refund to the value of the goods only, less a handling charge of 25%, will be initiated within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods, depending on your card issuer’s policies. This policy also applies to goods ordered online via Click and Collect service where the buyer decides not to take the goods at the trade counter. A collection charge of £7.95 + VAT will be payable and deducted from any refund issued where goods have been collected by the Supplier via courier or our own van.

Correct Items Ordered by Buyer

Any goods that have been correctly supplied by the Supplier are non-returnable and not accepted for refund.

Incorrect Quantities Ordered by Buyer

Where prices are charged “per Pack”, the Buyer clicks the number of packs required.

Example 1: price of goods is “per Pack of 25”; the Buyer requires 100 pieces of the product, the Buyer clicks quantity 4 for 4 Packs to total 100 pieces.

Example 2: the Buyer requires quantity 10 of a product but the minimum pack size is 25; the minimum quantity is 1 Pack of 25, the Buyer clicks quantity 1 and accepts minimum quantity of 25.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to check and ensure they have ordered the correct quantity of goods at Checkout. If the Buyer incorrectly orders too many quantities, the Buyer accepts the quantity of goods ordered. No returns will be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Faulty or Incorrect Items Supplied to Buyer

If on the rare occasion, products are found to be faulty, defective, or incorrectly supplied against your order, the Buyer has 14 days from the receipt of the goods to contact us. A Goods Returns Form is required to be completed and enclosed with any faulty or incorrectly supplied items returned. Alfast will arrange collection, replacement, and delivery service at no charge to the Buyer. If we have arranged a courier to collect your product, we are unable to specify the collection time and is your responsibility to ensure that someone will be present when the courier arrives at the collection address.

If the Buyer wishes for the Supplier not to send replacement goods, we will arrange for collection from the original address the faulty or incorrect goods were originally despatched.

Goods Damaged on Delivery to Buyer

If the goods supplied to the Buyer are damaged on delivery, the Buyer must notify the Supplier in writing, together with photographs of proof of damage, by hand or email within 7 days from receipt of goods. A Goods Returns Form is required to be completed and enclosed with any damaged items returned. Alfast will arrange collection, replacement, and delivery service at no charge to the Buyer. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that someone will be present when the courier arrives at the collection address.

Goods Ordered in or Manufactured Specially to Buyer’s Instruction

Any goods that have been ordered in or manufactured specially against your instruction are non-returnable and not accepted for refund.
